TechStarshield speeds restored to more than 400 km/h, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry says

Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said Starshield was operating above 400 km/h on the morning of Oct. 24, with a stable connection, after speeds had previously been capped at 161 km/h. The ministry said the system’s performance matters for the front, drone operations, logistics and communications.
