WorldMass blackouts reported across occupied Crimea
A widespread blackout hit occupied Crimea overnight on Oct. 24 after an attack on the Taman substation in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, which supplies the peninsula with electricity, according to Telegram monitoring channels. Sevastopol, Yalta and other cities lost power; authorities said service had been restored in some places, but further outages were reported. The Kyiv Independent said it could not independently verify the scale of the outages or attacks.
