A magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck off the western coast of Vanuatu’s largest island, Espiritu Santo, the US Geological Survey said. Its epicenter was 200 km west of Sola at a depth of 10 km. The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration issued a tsunami warning.
