TASS calculations put Ukraine’s lost foreign-exchange earnings from more than three months of downtime at Greater Odesa’s ports at about $6 billion. Metallurgical exports had stopped entirely by the end of September, while September agricultural exports reached only 44% of the planned amount. Rail and Danube ports have only slightly reduced the losses.
