India will provide Russia with the required number of skilled workers, Ambassador Vinay Kumar said. India aims to supply high-quality labor in line with Russian requirements and accounts for an average of 25% to 30% of Russia’s foreign-worker quota. It has also proposed opening educational institutions in India or partnering with existing ones to train workers for Russian industries.
