WorldRomania blames Russia for ship attack in the Black Sea
Romanian President Nicusor Dan blamed Russia for a Friday morning drone strike that sank the merchant ship Khoryv near Romanian waters. At least one of its 13 Ukrainian and Azeri crew members was killed, three remained missing and nine were rescued. Romania and Bulgaria have urged NATO to do more to protect Black Sea shipping as attacks increase.
