SportsValencia says KKR founders-backed group to buy 42% stake

Valencia CF said on Friday that an investment group backed by KKR co-founders George Roberts and Henry Kravis would acquire 42% of the soccer club. The deal values the club at €1.25 billion ($1.4 billion) on an enterprise-value basis.
