EconomyPoll: More than 83% of Ukrainian manufacturers face labor shortages
A GRC.UA recruitment agency report found that 83.3% of surveyed production managers listed labor shortages among companies’ main problems; 66.7% cited people moving abroad, and 50% a broad shortage across worker categories. All surveyed employers hired people aged 50 and older, while 66.7% recruited women for traditionally male occupations and employed people with disabilities. The September-October survey covered 6,160 respondents across Ukraine.
