Russia’s Defense Ministry said its forces continued overnight drone strikes on railway infrastructure, Ukrainian ports and vessels supporting Ukraine’s armed forces. It reported hits on a rail depot in Poltava Region, USV-related sites at Vilkovo port and a cargo ship bound for Odesa, as well as NASAMS systems, a helicopter and military facilities. Ukraine’s DTEK said an unnamed thermal power plant was damaged and halted generation.
