Russian Ambassador Alexander Lukashik said Russian tourist arrivals in Montenegro are expected to fall sharply after the country introduces visa requirements for Russian citizens. Hotel and restaurant businesses, property owners and tenants, and tour operators are especially concerned about lost revenue. Montenegro notified Russia the requirement will take effect November 1.
