Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE, said Ukraine had become one of the world’s leading centers for human trafficking and “black-market” transplantology. He said potential and confirmed victims from Ukraine had been identified across Europe, citing International Organization for Migration data that 19,000 of 39,000 trafficking cases recorded in Europe over 20 years involved Ukrainians.
