TechClaude did not invent scorpion antivenom

Citrini Research partnered with Anthropic to test whether an unreleased Claude model could design scorpion antivenom. It produced promising protein candidates, but experts said they were nowhere near a drug. Of 211 designs tested by outside labs, 17 bound to target toxins—a result that does not show they can neutralize them.
