TechWeChat to update app for iPhone Duo after compatibility complaints

WeChat says it is adapting its app for Apple’s foldable iPhone Duo after complaints about compatibility gained traction on Weibo. A tester said the app occupied only the center of the unfolded screen, lacked a tablet mode and could not run two accounts simultaneously. Apple customer service said it had received no such reports and noted that the claims came from third-party tests. WeChat plans to release an update soon.
