TechChina moves to set global standards for brain-computer interface technology

China has taken a significant step toward leading the standardisation of brain-computer interface technologies: it now chairs the secretariat of a subcommittee overseen jointly by two international organisations and has made BCI applications a national development priority. The China-led body is set to devise global standards for brain-computer communication and interaction.
