Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Borisenko said Moscow is negotiating with Bahrain and Kuwait to end entry visa requirements. Russia has signed visa-free travel agreements with four Gulf countries, and ordinary passport holders can already travel visa-free to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
