WorldPro-Russian accounts amplified French anger ahead of protests and riots, NGO finds

Alliance4Europe research suggests pro-Russian networks manipulated online information to intensify anger in France ahead of last weekend’s mass protests and subsequent unrest. After analysing more than half a million posts across social platforms, the group said it traced the campaign to early September.
