Russia and China agreed to take steps to share experience and deliver results, including in electronic document management, according to a joint communique after the prime ministers’ 31st regular meeting. They also plan to expand e-commerce cooperation and regulatory exchanges, link production facilities, ease business on each other’s platforms and deepen cooperation in the platform economy.
