Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin says the War Veterans’ Social Rehabilitation Center in Yekaterininsky Park will be converted into a “Palace for Veterans of the Special Military Operation.” The project is due to finish by the end of 2027 and will combine rehabilitation services, with flexible daytime and short-term programs. The park is also set to become fully accessible for veterans.
