A magistrate in Moscow’s Tagansky district fined blogger Yekaterina Kuznetsova 30,000 rubles for abusing media freedom. In a June 2026 Telegram post, she shared a report about the app’s full unblocking in summer 2020 and called it good news. Roskomnadzor ordered her to remove the post, saying she presented accurate but outdated information as current and that it could mislead readers and cause widespread public disorder.
