PoliticsKremlin says it is ready to resume trilateral talks but sees little ‘useful’ in Ukraine and EU proposals

Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said Russia is prepared to resume trilateral talks with the United States and Ukraine in mid-November. He said Putin conveyed this to U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff at a meeting in St. Petersburg. Ushakov described the main topic as a post-conflict security system for Russia and Ukraine, and said the EU and Kyiv’s new approaches offered little useful for resolving the Ukrainian crisis.
