Russia and Saudi Arabia plan to expand preferential trade arrangements and encourage investment, while treating cooperation within OPEC+ as an unconditional priority to support stability and predictability in global energy markets, Russian Foreign Ministry official Maxim Maximov said at an international conference. The countries are marking 100 years of diplomatic relations this year.
