Dmitry Yadrov, head of Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency and a candidate for transport minister, told the State Duma that the country plans to add 108 million tonnes of seaport capacity by 2030. Work is also continuing on an inland water transport development concept through 2035, with an outlook to 2050.
