Rosatom is preparing proposals for China focused on cooperation in the nuclear fuel cycle and continued construction of Russian-designed power units, CEO Alexey Likhachev said. The package will also cover research on fast-neutron reactors and closed fuel cycles. Five Russian-built Tianwan units are operating, while further Tianwan and Xudapu units are expected to launch or enter commercial operation.
