Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Russia would respond firmly to Terra Drone Corporation’s delivery of combat drones to Ukraine. She called the cooperation hostile and rejected Japan’s characterization of it as a private initiative. Zakharova reiterated Moscow’s warning that weapons systems it deems a threat, and related production sites in Ukraine, could be legitimate targets for Russian forces.
