Rostec says its Citadel air defense missile system uses an AI-based fire control system that achieves a 99% target engagement rate. It can operate independently or within layered air defenses, engaging drones and cruise missiles while learning and adjusting its fire in combat. Rostec says military personnel report that no more than four shots are needed to neutralize one target.
