EconomySurveyors say Pak Shing Kok project presales may begin in 2028

New World Development and China Merchants Land recently began work on a residential project in Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O, with presales expected as early as 2028. Surveyor James KT Cheung said pricing pressure may have eased by then, while prices remain below their 2022 level, when the consortium won the project.
