Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Chinese Premier Li Qiang will hold the 31st regular meeting of the two countries’ heads of government in St. Petersburg, marking 25 years since the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation. They will discuss partnership and strategic cooperation, including trade, cultural ties and joint projects. A joint communiqué and other documents are expected to be signed afterward.
