EconomyBank of Russia buys $146 million worth of yuan
The Bank of Russia bought yuan worth 12.1 billion rubles ($146.6 million) in domestic-market transactions settled on October 19. It made purchases of the same ruble amount in transactions settled on October 16. The central bank conducts the operations through the yuan-ruble instrument on the Moscow Exchange.
