Primorsky Region Governor Oleg Kozhemyako said cargo handling at Russia’s Far Eastern ports is planned to rise from 180 million to 300 million tons. He said the expansion would open supply channels for grain from central Russia, coal and container shipments through Asia-Pacific countries.
