TechSpotify’s new podcast memberships let fans pay for extra perks

Spotify is beginning to roll out Memberships in 34 regions, giving podcast creators a way to charge for exclusive content, early access, bonus episodes and fewer ads. Creators set prices and subscription tiers, keep 90 percent of membership revenue, and can use the feature alongside other Spotify revenue streams.
