Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev told President Vladimir Putin that the ministry’s main goal is to bring all Russian athletes back to international competition under the national flag and anthem. He said the IOC had reinstated the Russian Olympic Committee and that sports federations were jointly implementing the decision.
