Tambov Governor Yevgeny Pervyshev said Ukrainian drones struck the region overnight on October 20, setting a facility on fire; no one was injured. Exilenova+ and analysts at the independent Telegram channel Astra believe the target was the Nikolskoye dispatching station, a key node in the Druzhba oil pipeline system.
