Russia’s Defense Ministry said its forces struck Ukrainian logistics facilities, port infrastructure and vessels overnight. It said targets included the Grand Import hub in Khmelnytskyi, a logistics center in Kovel, and cargo ships and loading facilities at Reni port. Ukrainian officials separately reported damage to a warehouse or energy facilities in the Kyiv, Lviv, Ternopil and Odesa regions.
