WorldRussia and Oman to sign roadmap for deeper security cooperation
Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu is due to meet Oman National Security Council Secretary General Idris al-Kindi in Moscow on October 20 to discuss closer security cooperation. Their offices have prepared a 2026–2028 roadmap, expected to be signed at the consultations, to improve the bilateral legal and treaty framework and strengthen ties.
