ScienceHeilongjiang soybean field sets cold-region yield record

A 6.67-hectare demonstration field in Heilongjiang produced 10.25 metric tons of soybeans per hectare, more than twice the provincial average of 3.9 tons, the research team said. Researchers attributed the results to the coordinated use of improved seeds, farming methods, farmland management and machinery.
