A Sydney court heard that Beau Lamarre-Condon, accused of fatally shooting Jesse Baird and Luke Davies at a Paddington home on 19 February 2024, went to hospital for surgery two days later. He has pleaded not guilty to two murder charges. The defence says the shootings were accidental during separate struggles and that he acted in self-defence.
