A court in annexed Donetsk sentenced military blogger and RT columnist Tetyana Montian to 18 months in a penal colony over remarks deemed calls for “extremism.” The case stemmed from a 2022 livestream in which she urged viewers to “take out” regime loyalists. Montian said she meant government supporters who hide problems at the front and adjust their views to suit superiors.
