Dmitry Peskov said the Kremlin had not substantively discussed Russian businesses’ initiative to finance new air defense systems for industrial facilities, calling it a matter for the government. Alexander Shokhin earlier said businesses were ready to contribute and suggested an investment tax deduction as an incentive.
