WorldLavrov: UN Security Council can help create conditions for Gulf dialogue

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow’s Concept of Collective Security in the Persian Gulf aims to enable direct dialogue among Gulf coastal countries and their neighbors. If they are interested, permanent members of the UN Security Council could be involved in supporting the process.
