More homes are expected to come onto Hong Kong’s market in the coming days and weeks after buyers snapped up over 360 flats across two major projects last weekend. Sun Hung Kai Properties said it planned a second sales round on Wednesday for 152 flats at Sierra Sea Phase 2C(2), in Shap Sze Heung between Sai Kung and Ma On Shan.
