Indian police released Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party, on Saturday. He had been detained before a rally demanding the resignation of India’s chief election commissioner. Two other party leaders remain in custody after being arrested while demonstrating at a site police had barred protesters from entering.
