New South Wales police say a 13-year-old boy was arrested over alleged inappropriate comments and sexual touching on walking trails in Sydney’s Narrabeen area. He faces three offensive-behaviour charges and eight counts of touching another person without consent, and was granted conditional bail to appear in children’s court on 4 November. Police allege 11 incidents involved females aged 13 to 54.
