TechMeta removes terms that may have allowed it to scrape news sites
After backlash, Meta revised its terms again, removing language that was interpreted as allowing it to scrape website content, including news, to train its AI. Meta says the update does not change how it uses web crawlers or give it new rights that override site owners’ robots.txt preferences.
