The NGO Urgewald says it identified 134 vessels involved in Russian gas trade since 2022. Its findings come as Trump waived sanctions set to take effect under a law authorizing tariffs on major buyers of Russian gas and oil and sanctions on Russian officials, banks, energy firms and LNG ships. Urgewald said the waiver undermines pressure on Russia’s war revenues.
