Cuba accused the United States of pressuring countries to oppose a resolution calling for an end to the trade embargo ahead of a UN General Assembly vote expected in late October. Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said US Secretary of State Marco Rubio was trying to force governments to change their votes.
