EconomyTatarstan seeks Indian specialists for construction and light industry
Tatarstan has strong demand for Indian specialists in construction, light industry and services such as hospitality and catering, Labor, Employment and Social Protection Minister Elmira Zaripova said. The republic has a 2026 quota of about 3,000 Indian nationals, with roughly 17 employers recruiting. India is Russia’s second most significant partner for quota-based specialist recruitment.
