Tatarstan is looking to attract English-speaking engineering and technical staff, IT specialists, healthcare professionals and highly qualified welders from India, Labor Minister Elmira Zaripova said. The republic received a 2026 quota for more than 3,000 Indian workers and issued over 600 work permits to Indian nationals in 2025.
