ScienceRocket Report: FAA eyes more Starbase traffic; India’s Skyroot lands US customer

California startup Reflect Orbital, which aims to provide on-demand sunlight using mirrors in space, has bought two launches from India’s Skyroot Aerospace. One will use the Vikram-1 rocket, which reached orbit in July as the first privately developed Indian rocket to do so; the other will fly on an upgraded Vikram-1U.
