Volodymyr Zelensky and Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar held their first bilateral talks in Brussels on Oct. 16. Magyar called Ukraine’s adoption and immediate implementation of a minority education law a first step toward rebuilding trust. The two sides will continue ministerial talks on minority issues and seek a new foundation for political and economic ties.
