Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar identified IT, finance, cybersecurity, and technical and engineering skills as promising areas for cooperation with Tatarstan at a business forum in Kazan. He said students could visit India through the ITEC program and predicted that the regions would sign more business agreements and memorandums this year.
